The best I've had in years. Great selection, creative and very fresh. They actually have fresh wasabi! I really appreciated the great customer service and patience as I asked many questions. You all need to give this place a try!
Everything they do here is exceptional! Service is always absolutely amazing, I never had a mediocre dish here. Even Vincent who is a sushi chef finds his way out of his area to come and check on our experience every visit here. I'm here at least once a week. Dont miss this place!!
I'm hesitant to review because I want to gate keep this place! Haha Food (10/5) - We did bunch of nigiri's and the fish were SO fresh and the cuts were thick. Perfect ratio of rice to fish. Some pieces came with fresh wasabi on top. I can't say enough about the quality of the fish as well as how generous they are with their portions. Wow. Just wow. Service (5/5) - Everyone was so kind and attentive. Amazing service all around! Ambiance (5/5) - It's on the casual side, but we appreciated the brightness and coziness of the restaurant. I think it's just nice enough for a date night. This is probably my favorite sushi spot in the desert. Joyce's sushi EASILY beats sushi restaurants in Chicago and LA for me. What a true gem!
Definitely a go-to for some great sushi in the area, plus their deep fried gyoza is now a top favorite contender of mine. Everyone helping us was friendly and efficient, and my 4 stars only reflects the pricing (but to be honest, competing sushi places in the area aren't exactly cheaper so it's not to be unexpected) bonus-the ambiance was the nicest of any sushi places I've been!
Amazing! Very sweet staff and great customer service. Even with a small 5 minute wait they made sure to say thank you for your wait! Cute vibe going on! I did the dinner special and the sushi and beef teriyaki was perfect! 10/10 on the spicy edamame! I'll be back next time in Palm Springs!
